Yes! If you or anyone else trained your dog to perform just one task related to your condition then your dog is qualified as a service dog. No professional training is required and the law clearly states you need no additional documentation, doctor or therapist assessment, or third party service dog registration.
If you have an emotional support animal (ESA) letter from a licensed therapist we can help you present and verify your legal credentials to landlords and property managers.

You will get access to your verification profile as soon as you finish checking out and your verification card and vest will ship within 2 to 3 days from our fulfillment center.
No! Your Verify.Dog profile is private and confidential. Anyone scanning your unique QR code will not be able to see your personal information until you individually approve each viewing session.
When someone attempts to view your Verify.Dog profile by scanning your QR code, they will be prompted to enter their name, mobile phone and email address. We will authenticate the accuracy of their information in real time and send you a text message notifying you who wishes to view your Verify.Dog profile. At that time you can approve or disapprove access by simply answering our text to you.
For your legal protection, we store and preserve all access requests.
When a store employee, property manager or anyone else challenges your right to have your companion with you, present your Verify.Dog card and ask them to scan the QR code in order to verify your credentials. BUT, your verification profile is PRIVATE and not viewable to anyone that scans it unless you approve each scan/view.
When the requestor scans your QR code you will be sent a text message from Verify.Dog with the name, email and phone number of the requestor asking you to approve the access request. After you approve access we will record and store the requestor’s session as well as all meta data for your protection.
Assistance animal owners with the Scan & Go Plus Plan have a dedicated phone number that can be accessed via your pet profile to handle any questions or conversations regarding your verification. Simply have the questioning party scan your QR code and call the number. You will be connected to our partner, the law offices of Service Animal Law, PLC, and they will handle everything for you from there.
Yes, you can use your verification profile anywhere within the United States!
We have a 30-day return policy. For digital products such as use of the Verify.Dog platform, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. For physical products you have 30 days after receiving your shipment to request a return. See our Refund Policy for details.
